Some agents move into real estate from other careers later in life. Team La Bouff is different -- we are both lifelong professionals in the housing and real estate fields. ABOUT AILEEN

Aileen began her career working in housing and construction management over 30 years ago. It wasn’t long before she moved into real estate, commencing a highly successful career in residential investment management. She advanced with progressive responsibility, ultimately becoming Broker/Manager for a firm operating three real estate offices. She also served as a founding member of the managing committee for L. J. Hooker Property Investment Management Services (the largest real estate group in the Southern Hemisphere). In this capacity, she set and implemented policies and procedures for the ethical and efficient management of investment property throughout the Asia Pacific region. Since moving to the United States in 2001, she has focused on property sales. First at Coldwell Banker, and now at Sereno, her continued success on behalf of her clients has gained admission to the prestigious Los Altos Real Estate Masters Group, as well as many awards for excellence and achievement for her efforts on behalf of clients.

 

ABOUT KATIE

Katie’s passion for real estate goes back to her childhood. Her mom has always worked in real estate, and Katie spent after-school hours at her mother’s office. Her first work experience was at that very same office where, as a teen, she was an assistant to the sales team. Growing up in that environment ignited a permanent career interest in real estate, and in 2004 she began working with Coldwell Banker in Los Altos. In her early years, Katie worked as a marketing and transaction support manager for many top agents in the Los Altos area. With that experience she was able to learn the ins and outs of successfully managing real estate transactions and dealing with the many vendors and professionals involved in a home sale. For over four years now, she has worked with her own clients, using her extensive real experience to help her clients successfully sell and purchase their own homes.
